Melbourne, April 25: Former Australia pacer Jason Gillespie has brushed aside speculations linking him with the role of bowling coach in the national side.
Australia, the top-ranked Test side, have been without a full-time bowling coach since the departure of Craig McDermott following the conclusion of the World Twenty20 earlier this month.

Earlier, Australia head coach Darren Lehmann had suggested that his former teammate would certainly be at the forefront with other bowling coaches for the vacant position.
Gillespie, who has taken 259 wickets in his 71 Tests for Australia, is currently coaching England's domestic club Yorkshire and is hoping to guide his side to third consecutive county championships.
"If anything changes, I'll let you know. At this point, it's just focusing on my role here.
"There is still a lot to do at Yorkshire and I solely want to concentrate on helping this team win cricket matches," Gillespie added.
But, the former fast bowler insisted that he would certainly give it a thought if any such offers would come up in the future.
"If any opportunities come up in the future, that would be certainly be a consideration," he said.
